  1. HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARD POINTS?

    Reward points can be accumulated and exchanged at the time of your order or next order. To Redeem points, Sign up in Rose Petals Collections website and order the products with your registered mobile number given on the site. *Redemption can be done in online & in stores.

  2. WHY I DON’T GET POINTS ON SOME OF MY BILLS?

    Reward Points can be used to buy anything within the store except discounted merchandise. Purchase of discounted items will not earn you any Reward Points. Also, transactions, on which you redeem your Reward Points, will not earn you any Reward Points.

  3. WHEN DO MY REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

    Reward Points should be redeemed within a year from date of issue, failing which the Reward Points will automatically expire.

  4. SPEND RS.100 TO EARN RS. 1 REWARD POINTS?

    Spend Rs. 100 to earn Rs. 1 reward points - when you spend each Rs. 100 Rose Petals give you Rs. 1 as reward. All other rewards points will expire within a year from date of issue. You will get this reward as coupons in your registered email at the end of the year.
    Eg. If you spend Rs. 15,000 in Rose Petals Store in the year 2017-2018. The Reward of the year is issued in the next year, In 2019 you will get a coupon of Rs. 150.This can be redeemed in your next purchases. 
  5. HOW CAN I CHECK MY REWARD POINTS?

    Send Message in Whatsapp " My Reward Points" from your mobile number. Your eligibility and reward points will be send to you or you can check your Reward Points Program given in our website.

  6. HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY SLAB?

    Slabs will be automatically upgraded on the net value of your Lifetime Purchase made in the membership validity period.

    • To upgrade to Silver Slab- You need to have made a net purchase above Rs.15,000 in your membership validity period to upgrade to Silver Slab.
    • To upgrade to Gold Slab- You need to have made a net purchase above Rs.50,000 in your membership validity period to upgrade to Gold Slab.
    • To upgrade to Platinum Slab- You need to have made a net purchase above Rs.150,000 in your membership validity period to upgrade to Platinum Slab.
  7. HOW CAN I UPDATE/CHANGE MY DETAILS?

    Login to Rose Petals website to update your information or you can request the change by providing details through email at rosepetalscollections@gmail.com

  8. CAN I REDEEM MY DISCOUNT COUPON AND REWARD POINTS TOGETHER?

    No, Discount Coupon and Reward Points cannot be clubbed together. No two offers can be clubbed together.

  9. CAN I GET CASH INSTEAD OF REWARD POINTS?

    Unfortunately, not. No Discount Coupon or Reward Points can be encashed. You can redeem them at our online store & order only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all the registered members of ‘Rose Petals Collections’, a value added feature based membership program, created and managed by Rose Petals Collections, also referred to as “Rose Petals” an entity having its registered office at Shoranur, Palakkad(Kerala) through its authorized vendors and associates. By accepting the membership of Rose Petals Premium Club, the interested customer/Applicant person (Member) agrees to the below mentioned Terms and Conditions.

ENROLMENT RULES:
  1. 1. A customer becomes eligible for Rose Petals Premium Club membership by making a purchase of any value from an authorized Rose Petals retail store. Any eligible customer can register in Rose Petals website for the program or by providing name, mobile number, address, email id and date of birth and anniversary to the sales staff at the Rose Petals store, at the time of any such purchases. Participation in the Program is voluntary and strictly subject to the terms and conditions as applicable from time to time.
  2. Members agree to ensure that they will provide correct details when they apply for the Program and failure to do so may invalidate the membership. The responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and the member must notify the Rose Petals staff in the event that any information provided changes. The notification for change of details needs to be submitted to the store staff at the store of membership registration.
  3. The member’s mobile phone number will serve as unique identification for Rose Petals Premium Club membership. There is no enrolment form or participation consent form for becoming a member of Program.
  4. Each member may only hold one exclusive membership and the membership cannot be held jointly with any other person(s).
  5. The individual enrolment is only available to persons over the age of 18 years. Membership is accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of Rose Petals. Any unauthorized or attempted use by persons under the age of 18 will be null and void.
  6. Points accrued by the member under the Rose Petals Premium Club membership are for their benefit and are not transferable to another person (blood relative or otherwise) for any other reason, including divorce or inheritance.
  7. To help a member derive the maximum benefits out of Program, regular updates, offers and relevant information and tips will be sent to members through various media. When a member registers for Program, Rose Petals shall automatically have been granted the (under consent from the Member) right to communicate with the member through email, SMS, phone calls, direct mail and any other means of communication.
  8. Rose Petals have the right to cancel or change the program anytime. All the reward points earned by the members will be cancelled and can not claim on the rewards in future.
  9. This voucher/coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
  10. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher/Voucher/Coupon/Gift certificate is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  11. Multiple Gift Voucher/Voucher/Coupon/Gift certificate cannot be clubbed and used for single transaction.
